Fees
The counselling relationship is an important one, you may want to talk about particular issues that are going on for you, or perhaps you simply would like to talk.
It matters that you feel happy and comfortable with me as your counsellor, therefore I offer an initial first session at a reduced individual fee of £30 (£50 for couples) in which you can share your thoughts, feelings and talk about the difficulties you are experiencing.
I work with individual adults and couples (over 18) on a face-to-face basis, online or by telephone within the UK only.

Fees are payable by cash in each session, or by bank transfer 24 hours prior to a session. Sessions usually work on a weekly basis, however this can be flexible to meet your needs.
